Julius is a psychologist candidate register with the Nova Scotia Board of Examiners in Psychology. He earned his Master's Degree in Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto.
Julius has experience providing therapy to adults and adolescents for a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, trauma and interpersonal issues. He is trained in psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches, including techniques from somatic therapy, DBT, CBT, EFT, EMDR, mindfulness and Internal Family Systems. Julius uses an integrative approach to help individuals, utilizing various evidence-rooted treatment modalities in order to tailor a personalized therapy plan for his clients. As a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Julius is understanding and knowledgeable in matters that pertain to gender and sexual orientation. Julius’s goal in therapy is to provide a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental space for his clients to determine how best to move forward. |
