Illness & Pain | Gender Identity Issues Cleve has spent his career helping individuals and families through difficult life experiences. By considering the family and social context as well as his client’s values and goals, Cleve provides practical, evidence-based advice for real change. He provides a safe space and accepting environment in which his clients can process difficult experiences and emotions, access inherent strength and resilience, and heal from trauma. In his work with children, Cleve draws on his training in play therapy techniques and extensive experience in a paediatric hospital setting. He also helps parents learn how to foster closer relationships with their children and to use proven techniques to manage childhood behavioural problems.
