Stress & Burnout
Prolonged stress can have a dramatic effect on your body. It can be physically draining, making it difficult to even get out of bed in the morning. People who are stressed often experience emotional exhaustion. They become impatient, moody and easily frustrated. Someone who's burnt out may also suffer from a compromised immune system and may become more susceptible to colds and other minor illnesses. Work related burnout can cause a person to be less efficient and absent-minded.
