Robert brings to Acuity almost fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families through various programs. Robert’s diverse career background includes work in education, service learning, transitional living, residential care, and family support. He is skilled at navigating through numerous personal and family-related issues and establishing a respectful, collaborative relationship with his clients is central to Robert's approach. He effectively works with numerous populations, including military veterans, victims of crimes, young adults and those involved in agency or court-related matters. Robert's areas of practice also include working with those dealing with caregiver stress, past trauma, and adoption issues. Robert incorporates an integrated approach which is collaborative, trauma-informed and rooted in creating strategies based on personalised needs. He draws on various modalities, helping individuals identify their strengths while regaining a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.
