Noha plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and compassionate operation of Acuity. Working closely with our therapists and administrative team, she oversees daily logistics, supports client needs, facilitates case consultations, and negotiates corporate contracts. Her proactive leadership and intuitive understanding of both team dynamics and client care make her an indispensable part of our practice. With over 20 years of experience in consumer research and client service, Noha is known for building strong relationships and delivering thoughtful, responsive support. Her ability to anticipate needs and navigate complex operational challenges has helped shape Acuity into a trusted and welcoming space for healing. Motivated by a deep respect for those who serve, Noha established a dedicated division within the clinic focused exclusively on veteran mental health care. Though not a veteran herself, she comes from a military family—several of whom have served and continue to serve. Her personal connection fuels her commitment to ensuring that veterans and military personnel receive specialized, empathetic support tailored to their unique experiences and needs.
