Nadine holds a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. Her scope of practice includes mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, stress management, life transitions, and lifestyle changes. She works primarily with young adults and adults and believes that authenticity is an essential part of establishing the client-therapist relationship. Depending on the clients' needs, Nadine uses different therapeutic approaches such as acceptance commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy and EMDR therapy. Nadine takes a trauma-informed approach, meaning that sessions focus on understanding past and current life experiences and how they impact mental well being. Nadine believes that authenticity is an essential part of establishing a client-therapist relationship, and works collaboratively with her clients to help manage their symptoms.
