Nadine holds a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. Her scope of practice includes depression, anxiety, trauma, stress management, life transitions, and lifestyle changes. She works primarily with young adults and adults and believes that authenticity is an essential part of establishing the client-therapist relationship. Nadine uses several modalities with her clients but believes that taking an emotion-focused approach in session allows clients to gain an understanding of how their emotions can be a valuable tool to navigate their thoughts and behaviours. Nadine has experience working with diverse backgrounds and has a keen interest in exploring cultural diversity in Counselling Psychology, and working with immigrant populations who suffer from mental illness.
