Stress | Trauma | Anxiety | Depression | Grief | Couple Counselling
Jack has practised as a clinical social worker in mental health, addictions, and private practice settings for over thirty years. He has worked with people of all ages with a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and expressions of gender and sexuality. The concerns of these people have included parenting, couple and family issues, traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, and grief, as well as questions of meaning and identity. Jack believes that a safe, mutually respectful, committed relationship between clients and their therapist, along with the use of time-tested, evidence-based counselling methods, is what often makes therapy a source of positive change, emotional and interpersonal healing, and new perspectives on life.
